<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoreceptor used for an image forming apparatus of a cleaner-less process, and a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus using the organic photoreceptor. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic photoreceptor is used for the image forming apparatus which has the inorganic photoreceptor, a charging means, a latent image forming means for forming an electrostatic latent image on the inorganic photoreceptor by performing image exposure using a semiconductor laser or light emitting diode of 350 to 500 mm in oscillation wavelength, a developing means, and a transfer means for transferring a toner image on a transfer material, and repetitively forms electrophotographic images by circulating the inorganic photoreceptor after the transfer of the toner image to the charging means without subjecting the inorganic photoreceptor to a cleaning means in contact with the surface of the inorganic photoreceptor.
