<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing barium titanate powder having excellent crystallinity by reducing the pore number in the barium titanate powder by adjusting a volume ratio of an organic solvent and also optimizing a temperature condition of a hydrothermal synthesis while fining a grain size of the barium titanate powder by a hydrothermal synthetic method using titanium oxide powder and the organic solvent, to provide the barium titanate powder and to provide a laminated ceramic electronic component having a small-size, high capacity and long life by using the barium titanate powder. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the barium titanate powder has a solution adjusting stage for preparing a titanium oxide powder mixed solution by including at least a titanium oxide powder, a water-soluble barium salt and an organic solvent and adjusting the volume ratio of the organic solvent to 50% or more and less than 100% and a hydrothermal reaction stage for obtaining the barium titanate powder by subjecting the mixed solution to hydrothermal reaction at ≥80°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
