<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tamper preventive hinged cap which is difficult to be invalidly unsealed and can be surely determined when invalidly unsealed. <P>SOLUTION: An operating flange 31 for opening and closing an upper lid 30 is protrusively provided on a side face opposite to a hinge 20 of the upper lid 30. A tamper preventive band 40 engaging with the flange 31 is provided on a fitting tube body 10. The tamper preventive band 40 is equipped with a pair of engaging pieces 41 which engage with the upper surface at both right and left ends of the flange 31.
