<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved container lid capable of having a gas barrier layer fully uniformly over an approximately entire region of an internal surface of a ceiling wall without particular difficulty and therefore capable of stably keeping sufficient gas barrier properties. <P>SOLUTION: An interposed member (4) including the gas barrier layer (30) with excellent gas barrier properties is provided between the internal surface of the ceiling wall (8) of a shell (2) and a liner (6).
