<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that can start processing of higher priority within a permitted range of processing waiting even in cases where processing waiting is not permitted. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device has a means to manage resources, a means to allocate the resources and a means to store priority of the resources. When receiving a request for acquiring resources from a resources user, the device judges the priority information of the resources requested by the resource user, determines a resource acquisition period based on the priority information, assures that the resources will be used only during the resource acquisition period and allocates the resources to the resources acquisition request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
