<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-luminous road tack, having favorable visibility to a road user. <P>SOLUTION: Light emitted from a self-luminous body 71 is made to enter from the base 62 of a cylindrical body 6, whereby the incident light is repeatedly reflected complicatedly on the inner wall surface 64 and the outer wall surface 63 of the cylindrical body 6, so that the light emitted from the inner wall surface 64 and the outer wall surface 63 and the light emitted from an upper inclined surface 61 cause the cylindrical body to shine on the whole in spite of a partial difference in luminance to perform planar light emission.
