The present invention relates to a polyether polymer having digital memory properties and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyether brush polymer material on which a compound having digital memory properties is formed on a terminal end of a brush, and to a synthesis method thereof. The present invention further relates to a nonvolatile memory device produced by using the produced polymer as an active layer between an upper part electrode and a lower part electrode.
