PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of surely transferring data to a plurality of shift registers without any transmission error caused by the delay variation of a transmission line. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided with: a data conversion circuit which restores two-bit complementary data transferred from a data transmitting circuit via first and second transmission lines to identification number data and transfer data; and a plurality of data receiving circuits each of which has a receiving control circuit which has a unique identification number and compares the restored identification number data with the assigned identification number when a data transfer completion signal is received from a third transmission line and shift registers provided in relation to the receiving control circuit. Each receiving control circuit transmits the transfer data transmitted from the data transmitting circuit corresponding to the identification number data to the shift registers provided in relation to the receiving control circuit according to a comparison result between the identification number data and the assigned identification number.
