<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method for a cellular phone public base station capable of reducing a cost for equipment of a base station instrument, and easily conducting laying works for fiber optic cables. <P>SOLUTION: According to the installation method of the invention, a public base station 7 is installed within an elevator machine room 3 provided at the topmost part of a building A, while communication lines 9 and 16 are wired to an exchange 11 through the inside of an elevator hoistway 2 extended in the building A from the elevator machine room 3 towards the bottom part of the building A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
