PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously measure electroconductivity in water over a long period of time without performing maintenance/inspection work. SOLUTION: In this electroconductivity sensor 1 arranged in a required water area and used for measuring the electroconductivity of the water area, a wiper device 10 is provided to an electrode device 2 having a plurality of measuring voltage electrodes and current electrodes provided thereto so as to be exposed to its inside cylindrical surface 2B becoming a measuring surface while the wiping cleaning element 1 of the wiper device 10 is allowed to reciprocate in the center hole 2C of the electrode device 2 by a wiper driving machine 14 and marine organisms or the like bonded to the inside cylindrical surface 2B are removed by a wiper blade 13.
