PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste incineration system of high practical utility as the cost for waste processing can be remarkably reduced by burning garbage with garbage. SOLUTION: This waste incineration system capable of burning the waste 3 from factories 3 such as a food processing factory, comprises a wastewater tank 1 in which the wastewater 10 discharged from the factory is introduced, an oily water separation tank 2 for separating surfacing fat and oil such as animal oil and fat, frying oil and lubricant included in the wastewater 10, and an incinerator 4 to which the surfacing fat and oil separated from the wastewater 10 in the oily water separation tank 2 is supplied to burn the waste 3 while using the surfacing fat and oil as a combustion improver.
