PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active vibration control device capable of restraining generation of an abnormal sound, by restraining a current supply state to an exciter 17 for generating excitation force from becoming an OFF state. SOLUTION: A circuit for driving the exciter 17 is formed into an asymmetric half bridge circuit 162. When a periodic control signal is negative, both a high side switch Q1 and a low side switch Q2 of the asymmetric half bridge circuit 162 are not driven for OFF, and only the high side switch Q1 is driven for OFF, and the low side switch Q2 is driven by PWM. Thus, since an electric current flowing to the exciter 17 does not suddenly reduces, the current supply state of the exciter 17 can be restrained from becoming the OFF state.
