PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation device of a Stirling engine, installable without performing complicated work, and reducing propagation of shaft directional vibration generated from the Stirling engine and the relative movement in the shaft direction. SOLUTION: This installation device 3 of the Stirling engine has a base member 31, a plurality of plate-like support parts 321 and 322 projecting from an upper surface of the base member 31, and a pressing member 33 for pressing down the Stirling engine 2 toward the support parts 321 and 322; and is characterized in that a part for contacting with the Stirling engine 2 of the support parts 321 and 322 has engaging recessed places 323 and 324 in the shape of running along at least a part of an outside surface of the Stirling engine 2.
