PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean power generating technology capable of forming a system in a precise and advanced integrated machined product which can be said to be a wheel engine and a structural material technology for holding a pneumatic pressure by a several percent of a rolling resistance (load) in driving which was absent before during rotation. SOLUTION: (A) To rotate wheels for moving a car, a power from an engine is utilized at present. Since clean energy is requested in the future, an electric motor is to be utilized. However, since the cost of its power generating system is high, various problems must be solved.
