DOOR FRAME AND ITS INSTALLATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door frame which has the substantially same size as an opening for the door frame formed in a building frame. SOLUTION: Total eight openings 2 are formed in the inside surface of each vertical and lateral frames of a door frame body 1. The door frame body 1 is positioned relative to the building structure by positioning screws connected with nuts 4 on brackets 3 provided within each opening 2, and then hole-in anchors are driven into the building structure through anchor holes 5 and the screws of these anchors are tightened with nuts to fix the door frame body 1 to the building structure. Then mortar is filled up through the opening 2 in spaces between the door frame body 1 and the building structure. Then the openings 2 are covered with covers 20. The claws 21 of covers 20 are inserted into buckles 6 provided within the openings 2 to fix the covers 20 to the door frame body 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
