PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a excavating tool in which a ring bit and a casing pipe, after installing and setting an anchor material such as a device and a rod, needless to say, can all be recovered for reuse for excavating at a new location, after excavating a hole. SOLUTION: The excavating tool 1 is equipped with a cylindrically formed casing pipe 20 which rotates around a center axis line O and incorporates a device 10 pressing an object to be drilled, and with a excavating section 50 which is provided projecting from the tip of the casing pipe 20. The excavating section 50 is constituted of the tip 10a of the device 10, and the tip 40a of the ring bit 40 provided on the tip 10a outer periphery of the device 10, in which the ring bit 40 is engaged with the casing pipe 20 via an engaging member 30.
