PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the anchorage structure of a hoop having an excellent earthquake-resistant performance and having a superior workability. SOLUTION: The superposing sections of the hoops 2 are engaged by an anchorage reinforcing bar 3 formed by bending one reinforcing bar at a center thereof at 90°and folding back the same at both ends at 180°, thus anchoring the hoops 2.
