PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a column base for a building unit at a correct place by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the unit building, the column base 11A for the building unit 10 is supported to a supporting member 20 fixed on a foundation 1. In the unit building, the supporting member 20 is divided into a buried member 20A and a connecting member 20B. In the unit building, the connecting member 20B is connected to the buried member 20A buried in the foundation 1, and the column base 11A for the building unit is supported to the connecting member 20B.
