MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CARBONIZED BOARD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody fiber board with a low heat conductivity and improved in a heat insulating property and also having resiliency for easily handling as a building base material. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a carbonized board comprises digesting and opening a woody material such as a wood chip or the like to obtain woody fibers, forming the woody fibers to a woody fiber board with a fully dried density of 0.05-0.35 g/cm3by a wet paper making method or the like, and heating the woody fiber board under an inert gas atmosphere to make it carbonize and thus the carbonized board improved in a heat insulating property and resiliency can be produced in good productivity.
