PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage chair preventing its remote controller in a massage mechanism from getting in the way of a user's motion such as sitting on a seat part or standing up. SOLUTION: This massage chair comprises a seat part 2, a rotatably provided backrest part 3 whose fulcrum is at a rear of the seat part 2, an armrest part 4 provided on left and right sides of the seat part 2, a massage mechanisms 8-14 built in either or both of the seat part 2 and the backrest part 3, a remote controller supporting arm 15 pivoted to the backrest part 3 so as to protrude forward outside of either of the armrest parts 4 from a side part of the backrest part 3, a remote controller holding part 45 provided on an end part of the remote controller supporting arm 15, a remote controller 46 held by the remote controller holding part 45, and a locking mechanism 19 to selectively fasten the remote controller supporting arm 15, which is pivoted up and down outside of the armrest part 4, at a point.
