PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent Pachinko balls or the like inside game medium housing boxes from scattering even when stacked game medium housing boxes with game media such as the Pachinko balls housed therein fall. SOLUTION: The game medium housing box 1 for housing the game media is constituted in such a way that on the side face or lower surface of a box main body 3 having an opening 2 on the upper surface, a lid part 4 is provided for covering the opening 2 of the game medium housing box 1 to be positioned lower level when the game medium housing boxes 1 are stacked, and a connecting device 6 for integrally connecting the box main body 3 at the upper level and the box main body 3 at the lower level in the state of stacking the game medium housing boxes 1 is provided on the lid part 4 of the box main body 3 at the upper level and the edge part 5 of the box main body 3 at the lower level.
