<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for moving a shutter element for an external drum exposure unit so that a window hole can be moved, in particular, in an exposure unit, where a window hole can be reliably opened and closed while keeping light shielding property with particularly minimum effort. <P>SOLUTION: A device for moving at least one shutter element (5) for a window hole is presented.
