<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission device, and an image forming device using this device, capable of preventing an end surface of a gear from slidingly contacting with a plate-like member such as a side plate composed of a mold, capable of stably rotatingly driving an image carrier, and capable of realizing a high image quality by preventing the occurrence of an image quality defect called banding, without applying a lubricant such as grease. <P>SOLUTION: This driving force transmission device transmits driving force via the gear, by supporting one side surface of the gear by the plate-like member molded by the mold; and solves the problem by interposing a highly slidable member between the gear and the plate-like member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
