PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device whose current consumption is decreased.

SOLUTION: The internal voltage is supplied to an internal circuit, by commonly connecting a first output terminal of a first voltage step-down circuit constantly forming internal voltage smaller than the power source voltage supplied from an external terminal and a second output terminal of a second voltage step-down circuit in which a first mode for forming the internal voltage from the power source voltage supplied from the external terminal to output it from a second output terminal and a second mode in which the operating current of a control system forming the internal voltage is shut off to be an output high-impedance state are switched correspondingly to a control signal.
