<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission having a clutch capable of restraining a racing phenomenon of an engine, by finishing operation in a short time by quickly reducing an engine speed of an engine in acceleration switching operation. <P>SOLUTION: This transmission has a clutch mechanism for intermitting the transmission of motive power generated in the engine, and a shift mechanism having an input shaft connected to the clutch mechanism and an output shaft connected to a driving wheel and switching the ratio of a rotating speed of both shafts.
