<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively evaluate the degree in which conditions presented by a job offer side satisfy the desire of a job hunter by converting the degree into numbers. <P>SOLUTION: A desired condition evaluating device comprises a presented command inputting means; a means for storing job offer company information, job hunter information, and job offer conditions presented to the job hunter at a presented condition storage while they are associated; a means for reading each desired condition corresponding to the job hunter information, the order of priority that the desired condition has, and the degree of desire from a desired condition storage; a means for determining whether inputted desired conditions satisfy the read desired conditions, by comparing each desired condition in which each desired condition is read from the inputted job offer conditions for each desired type; a means for calculating a sufficiency index to all read desired conditions of all inputted desired conditions, based on the order of priority and the degree of desire that each read desired condition has and the determined result for each desire type; and a means for storing the calculated sufficiency index at a sufficiency index storage while it is associated with the job hunter information and job offer information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
