PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a auto-focusing device capable of highly accurately focusing regardless of vignette of auto-focusing light. SOLUTION: This device has lenses 11, 12; an imaging part 10 equipped with line sensors 13, 14 having a plurality of pixels, for outputting a signal corresponding to an amount of received light; and a control part 2 for determining a pixel wherein the difference of sensor data between adjacent pixels is within a prescribed range to be a pixel wherein the auto-focusing light is vignetted, and determining auto-focusing data by excluding the pixel. Since the pixel wherein the auto-focusing light is vignetted is determined and the auto-focusing data are determined by excluding the pixel, highly-accurate focusing becomes possible even if vignette of the auto-focusing light occurs.
