PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a publication method and a browsing method of optional information and a program automating them for publishing, updating, and deleting the optional information in real time by using a mail function of a cellular phone in an optional information supply method using a computer system and the cellular phone. SOLUTION: By this publication method, optional information from an information publisher connected to the Internet and a cellular phone network is published in real time. In this browsing method, the optional information is acquired by an information receiver by himself/herself. This program carries out processing for these methods automatically around-the-clock.
