PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas supply device for a fluidized bed having no possibility of affecting to coating layer thickness and density of products. SOLUTION: The gas supply device for the fluidized bed supplies coating gas into the fluidized bed reaction pipe which is laid on the surface of sintered uraniumdioxide nuclear fuel, four layers in total of a first coating layer consisting of low-density pyrolytic carbon, a second coating layer consisting of high-density pyrolytic carbon, a third coating layer consisting of silicon carbide and a fourth coating layer consisting of high density pyrolytic carbon. The supply pipes of each gas of two or more kinds supplied simultaneously for forming one coating layer are connected with a larger assembling pipe than the inner diameters of each gas supply pipe.
