PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve corrosion resistance of a heat transfer tube, and at the same time, to prevent remaining of a flux when brazing an outer fin and the heat transfer tube. SOLUTION: The core part of the heat exchanger 1 comprises the heat transfer tube 4 not formed with a brazing material layer, and the outer fin 5 formed with a brazing material layer 35 arranged alternately with the heat transfer tube 4. The heat transfer tube 4 is formed with a flux layer 31 on a face of a side contacting the outer fin 5 by precoating the flux in a raw material stage. By this, by not forming a brazing material layer in the heat transfer tube 4, the corrosion resistance of the heat transfer tube 4 is improved, and amounts of a brazing material and the flux supplied during brazing are relatively reduced.
