PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set plate mounting structure to be connected to a drive plate mounted on the end face of a crank shaft of an engine for transmitting power to a torque converter without producing a wave undulation on a lining engaging face due to the influences of welding distortion during welding a set plate. SOLUTION: The set plate 10 has an outer arm 12 and an inner arm 13 extending from a nut portion 14 having a screw hole 11. The outer arm 12 is welded to the outer periphery of a front cover 6, and the inner arm 13 is welded to the center side apart from the lining engaging portion 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
