PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-blade blower fan securely preventing generation of cracks or the like on connection parts of blades and a driving plate during rotation of the multi-blade blower fan and having excellent durability and reliability. SOLUTION: This centrifugal multi-blade blower fan is provided with the plurality of blades arranged in the circumferential direction around a rotational shaft, the disk shaped driving plate provided in end parts in opposite sides to air suction sides of the blades and connected with all the blades, and an annular connection ring connecting end parts in the air suction sides of the blades, sucks air from inner end sides in the diametrical direction between the blades and discharges air to outer end sides in the diametrical direction.
