PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall preventing safety apparatus of a worker in construction works, especially in working at a scaffold. SOLUTION: A storing body is formed integrally with a hanger at the lower end part of the hanger connected to the scaffold, and the storing body contains a reel for taking up a fastening belt, a fastening belt take-up device for winding up the fastening belt by rotating the reel and fastening the same, and a shock absorber for absorbing a shock when the worker falls down. Accordingly, the apparatus can be simply carried by the worker to improve the work efficiency, and the structure of the shock absorber is improved and reduced in size to be convenient for carrying and work.
