PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient workbench enabling the attachment and detachment of an end indication to and from a top board as necessary. SOLUTION: This workbench comprises the strip-like end indicator 26 detachably installed on the upper surface of the top board 11 along at least either of its longitudinal both edge parts and lateral both end parts. Two bolt holes 44 are formed in the top board 11 at two positions where the end indication is to be attached. An internal enlarged groove 31 is formed in the lower surface of the end indicator 26 over its entire length. The groove 31 is formed of an upper wide part 34 and a lower narrow part 35. The upper wide part 34 is formed in such a shape that can slide the head part 42 of a bolt 41 passed through the bolt hole 44.
