PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a handhold bar between a stored position and a use position even if the work table is used near a wall. SOLUTION: The work table comprises a pair of front and rear legs 21 supporting a top board 11 and the right and left side end parts thereof on both front and rear edge sides. A support shaft 83 is installed on a mounting surface facing the front and rear corresponding sides near the upper ends of the legs 21 so that the support shaft 83 can be projected sideways. Mounting holes 65 and 66 inserted onto the support shaft 83 are formed at the base part of the handhold bar 15 so that they can rotate the handhold bar 15 in forward and reverse directions and cross the longitudinal direction of the handhold bar 15. A lock means locking the rotation of the handhold bar 15 at the stored position where the handhold bar 15 is faced downward and positioned along the leg 21 and the use position where the handhold bar 15 is faced upward and projected to the upper side of the top board 11 is installed on an handhold bar mounting device.
