PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a para-type all aromatic polyamide fiber, while preventing the fusion among single fibers occurring in stretching and/or heat-treating at a high temperature, maintaining various excellent fiber characteristics such as a high strength, a high elasticity, a high heat resistance, an excellent chemical resistance, etc., and exhibiting a high bonding property by a plasma treatment. SOLUTION: This para-type all aromatic polyamide fiber improved with its bonding property is obtained by plasma-treating the para-type all aromatic polyamide fiber attached with 0.0004-0.015 g/m<SP>2</SP>non-fusible material on its surface.
