PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide development of a simple template polymerization method, in which general-purpose polymerization facility and conditions (temperature and a polymerization initiator) are applicable in radical polymerization and anionic polymerization suitable for polymerization of acrylonitrile which is a polar vinyl monomer, using a stereoregular polymer for obtaining a stereoregular polymer composition and to provide the stereoregular polymer composition which is economically and industrially advantageous and to provide a method for producing the stereoregular polymer composition. SOLUTION: The method for producing the polymer composition comprises carrying out polymerization reaction of acrylonitrile or an unsaturated copolymer component mainly containing acrylonitrile as a main component in the presence of a polymer containing a polyacrylonitrile chain unit of≥50% based on isotactic triad (mm%) and used in a range of 5-50 wt.% based on finally obtained polyacrylonitrile-based polymer composition.
