PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for machining a tube material capable of significantly improving the manufacturing efficiency, and also, capable of reducing manufacturing costs and labor burden of a worker. SOLUTION: The device is used for machining a tube material having machining sites such as boring, notching, and welding of arcuate plate on a tube at prescribed separate positions in the longitudinal direction of the steel tube. The device is provided with a carrying-in part for transversely transferring the steel tube in its rolling direction, a longitudinal feed part for feeding the transferred steel tube along its longitudinal feed line, a machining part provided in the middle of the longitudinal feed line, and a carrying-out part for transversely transferring the machined steel tube in its rolling direction after receiving it. The machining part includes a cutting or the like device, which is provided to the pre-stage side of the longitudinal feed line and executes machining or the like including boring, notching, and cutting, and an arcuate plate welding device provided to the post-stage side of the longitudinal feed line.
