PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the soles of feet sometimes become sticky when wearing sandals on bear feet on a summer's humid day and that the soles of feet ache when wearing so-called healthy sandals with protrusions/recesses on a steady basis. SOLUTION: Differently from the healthy sandals which are commonly available in the market, the sandals are alternately provided with protrusions like hills which are about 1 cm in length, are substantially equal in width to the feet in corresponding positions, are 5 mm in height and have flat tops and recesses which are 7 mm in length and have flat bottoms. Edges between the flat tops and the vertical faces are rounded off and smoothed so that they may not hurt the soles of the feet. The protrusions are formed gradually lower toward the sides and their ends are equal in height to the recesses. The length, width and height of the protrusions and the length of the recesses are changed according to need. Toe bands of cloth or the like are made openable by using velcro fastening for easy cleaning. Surfaces in contact with soles of the feet are made of materials such as rubber or plastic.
