PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodynamic therapeutic agent which is highly stable inside a living body and can treat diseases by effectively killing pathogens even in the deep part of a lesion under irradiation with visible light. SOLUTION: The photodynamic therapeutic agent is an aqueous liquid dispersion of inorganic oxide semiconductor ultrafine particles photochemically sensitized by the monolayer of an organic dye deposited on a surface, and is composed of a photosensitive composition which indicates an optical absorption of a wavelength≥400nm originated from the organic dye.
