PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood flow improving tool for the lower limb which can reflesh the leg without placing a burden on the knee of the leg. SOLUTION: The blood flow improving tool 1 is used by being mounted on the lower part of the lower limb LG at the time of sleeping. The blood flow improving tool 1 comprises a cushion material housing part 2 for detachably housing a cushion material 6 and flaps 3 and 4, and the left and right flaps 3 and 4 are provided with hook-and-loop fasteners 5a and 5b to be a pair. At the time of mounting, the cushion material housing part 2 is applied from the lower part of the calf C to the vicinity of the upper part of the heel H, the leg LG is wrapped by the left and right flaps 3 and 4, and it is fixed by piling up and engaging the hook-and-loop fasteners 5a and 5b at the front ends of the left and right flaps 3 and 4.
