PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking exerciser that can materialize the merit of exercising convenience and adjustable strength, and also to provide the adjustment method.SOLUTION: A rocking exerciser 100 capable of adjusting a rocking part in a linearly displaceable manner includes: a base 200; a rail 300 which is pivotally installed on the base 200 at least by one pivotal setting point; a rocking chair 400 which is positionally restrained on the rail 300 in a linearly displaceable manner; and a rocking unit 500 which is rotatably installed between the base 200 and the rail 300 and which varies an angle formed by the extension of the rail 300 and the extension of the base 200. The adjustment method of the rocking exerciser 100 is for varying the rocking width of each part of the body by linear displacement in the rail 300 of the rocking chair 400. Thus, the exerciser has a different rocking width in accordance with the needs of each part of the body, in different linear positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
