PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide indoor and outdoor plate member and table capable of easily improving quality.SOLUTION: An indoor and outdoor plate member includes: a wood plate part 3 made of wood formed in a tabular shape in which one surface and the other surface are located inside and outside an annual ring 6 formed in the wood; and a pair of shape restraining parts 4 which contains a plastic composite material and are bonded to one surface and the other surface so as to extend facingly to a curved line 11 of the annual ring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
