<p>A drive (12) is coupled via a torque-dependent clutch (20). A sensor (22) is coupled to control circuitry (26) for switching off the drive when the clutch responds. The control circuitry is designed to control the drive at reduced power for a limited time after switch-off. After the clutch has released, a device switches on and re-switches off the drive. An independent claim is included for a method of controlling a screwdriver.</p> |
