A color creation device (1000) according to the present invention comprises: a light source (8); a linear polarization means (10), a first birefringent medium (30a) and a second birefringent medium (30b) sequentially attached at the front of the light source (8); and a display means (500) provided by being spaced from the linear polarization means (10), the first birefringent medium (30a), and the second birefringent medium (30b). The first birefringent medium (30a) is arranged such that the main axis thereof forms 45° or -45° with respect to a polarizing direction of the linear polarization means (10), and the second birefringent medium (30b) is arranged such that the main axis thereof is the same as or vertical to the polarizing direction of the linear polarization means (10), and a 1/4 wavelength plate is used therefor. |
