摘要 <p>A low drop-out (LDO) voltage regulator that has high a PSRR (Power Supply Ripple Rejection) performance and a high load regulation with low current consumption is disclosed. The voltage regulator does not require any high gain error amplifier that may cause instability in the voltage regulator. A novel voltage-controlled current-feedback means (90) is presented that generates an inverse phase signal and compensation voltage for a ripple noise and dropout voltage, respectively. The voltage-controlled current-feedback means (90) generates a negative voltage slope with regard to the power supply voltage, which can cancel the ripple noise at the output terminal. Said means creates a positive coefficient voltage with regard to the load current, which compensates the voltage drop caused by parasitic resistances.</p>
