A high-frequency heating apparatus (1), comprises at least one radio-frequency oscillator (2) and at least one product transfer pipe (3), in which the product is heated by induction, wherein the shell (4) of the pipe (3), which is made of stainless steel, is connected to one terminal (2a) of the radio-frequency oscillator (2) and an electrode (6), connected to the other terminal (2b) of the radio-frequency oscillator (2) is introduced along the axis of said pipe (3) in which the product to be heated passes. The whole apparatus is made of stainless steel. Multiple pipes (3) may be combined in series and/or in parallel, by using special connection manifolds (8), to perform multiple high frequency heating processes on the product. |
