<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert a wire rod bundle and enhance workability of the insertion work of the wire rod bundle by forming a slit over from the outer circumferential part of a cylindrical large diameter part to the outer circumferential part of a cylindrical small diameter part in the vicinity of a bellows part. SOLUTION: In order to mount a wire harness (a wire rod bundle) on a grommet 11, a bellows part 14a is shrunk, a grommet diameter enlarging device 16 having three arms 16a-16c is used, the arms 16a-16c are inserted into a cylindrical small diameter part 14, and the diameter of the cylindrical small diameter part 14 is enlarged. Since a slit 15 is formed over from the outer circumferential part of the cylindrical large diameter part 12 to the outer circumferential part of the cylindrical small diameter part 14 in the vicinity of the bellows part 14a, the diameters of the cylindrical small diameter part 14 and the cylindrical large diameter part 12 are easily enlarged, the wire harness is easily inserted into the grommet 11. As a result, workability of wire harness insertion work can be enhanced.</p> |
