<p>Most flow regulating devices in a system are automatically controlled and fitted with a standard flange (7) with a particular number of holes (8) for a connection of the required parts. The manually controlled device, assembled of a housing (1) with a bore (2) accommodating the ball element (3) moved by a rotating shaft (5) is equipped with a permanently or temporary handle (9) joined to the pivot (6) at the top of the shaft (5).
