<p>The device has modules with each comprising a tool (13) permitting traction of continuous fibers, chopping of the fibers and projection of chopped fibers towards a pavement. Each tool is removably mounted in its module between a working position in which tool is driven by a drive shaft (12) and a release position in which tool is accessible to operator and is stopped. An independent claim is also included for a machine for spreading simultaneously chopped fiber and binder on a width of pavement comprising a spreading device.</p> |
